Humanitarian Project
We are collecting coloring books and crayons to donate to the hospital emergency room for the children who need to be treated there. Hopefully, the books will be a distraction from fear and will brighten the hours a child needs to spend there.

Super Saturday
Yes!! It's that time again! Super Saturday is quickly approaching! October 13 is the day to break out new talents, work on some crafts, and enjoy getting to know the wonderful sisters of the ward. A display of the projects and their sign-ups will be set up outside the Relief Society room each Sunday. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy!
Book Group
Book Group is held the second Wednesday of each month. The book for August/September is The Unbroken, by Laura Hillenbrand. It will be held Wednesday, September 12, at 7:00pm. The place is to be determined, but please save the date and get your copy now! Can't wait to see you there!

Cooking Group
Hello! We hope you had a wonderful summer!
It's time for cooking group to get started back up again! The first meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 5, at Jenie Rainee's house. The focus for this year will be on freezer meals. If you have any great freezer meal recipes, anything you would like to try, or any questions, please bring them. We will also be discussing what recipes we want to try out this year and setting up a plan for each consecutive cooking group. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn new things, and build up some freezer storage. Hope to see you there!

Shop and Swap
Our last BIG event before Summer will be our "Shop and Swap" on the evening of the 16th. As your doing your Spring cleaning in the next few weeks be sure and set aside anything that you no longer need or are no longer using, but that someone else might love! It can be anything.........like decortive items, kitchen tools, baby stuff, books, shoes, accessories, JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. Bring up to 3 things and take 3 things home. We will be having a potluck so bring one of your favorite recipes to swap as well. It's going to be fun, we promise!

Social Networking Class
We are going to have a class on social networking. Matt Kearl will be teaching us about using different social network sites such as facebook, pinterest, etc.
This will be held on April 18th in the Relief Society Room at 7:00. Babysitters will be provided so come out and learn what great technology we have right at our fingertips.

The Worth of a Women's Soul
The Worth of a Woman’s Soul presented by Geoff Steurer, a licensed marriage and family therapist will be held on Sunday, April 15th at 7pm at the Stake Center Chapel. This is a Stake Relief Society Fireside to help sisters learn truths, expose myths, and find joy! Come be edified, rejuvenated, uplifted, and blessed. It is a night you don’t want to miss.
